INSPIRATION | November Mood

Fragile leaves hit the ground.
The cold air drifts into my lungs.
I see your face through the fog.
Reminds me of the dreams you lost.

Wenn es morgens Winter ist und mittags Frühling, wenn manche Bäume sich noch ein wenigen bunten Blättern festhalten und viele schon ihre knorrigen Finger in den grauen Himmel strecken. Wenn du deinen Atem sehen kannst und am selben Tag keine Jacke brauchst, wenn der Nebel über den Boden wabert und die Sonne die Luft erwärmt. Wenn du noch halb am Sommer hängst und irgendwie schon fast Weihnachtsgeschenke einpackt.

Das ist November.

Grau und farbenfroh. Kalt und Warm. Alles zugleich und gar nichts richtig. Und ich finde ihn wunderschön. Und hey, hieß es nicht sowieso Grau in Grau ist jetzt in?

When it’s Winter in the morning and spring at noon, when some trees are holding on a few colourful leaves and so many others already reach the grey sky with their gnarled fingers. When you can see your breath and on the same day you don’t need a jacket, when the fog is wafting on the ground and the sun is warming up the sun. When you’re halfly stuck in summer and somehow nearly pack Chrismas presents.

That’s November.

Grey and colourful. Cold and warm. All at once and nothing real. And I think it’s beautiful. And hey, isn’t grey on grey in now?
