5 TIPS | refreshing summer salads

refreshing salads

A good salad is definitely a must in summer. But what makes a good salad? There are thousands of summer salad recipes but the problem mostly is that one gets annoyed when he sees how many ingredients one needs for this simple thing. Often at least 10 ingredients only fort he dressings. I absolutely don’t like things like these because I think that one can make something big of less. And for this reason we show you our favorite summer salads of course with the recipe. You'll find the recipes in the english version ;)

What do we learn from so many salads in such a short time? I coudn't be a food blogger. I like food very much and also like to prepare it but .. for this I simply don't have the brass neck. Making photos all the time, put it in a way, that it looks good, instead of just cooking and enjoy it.. no. That isn't the right thing for me.

But the salads tasted great. Except for the halloumi peach salad, this one didn't tasted so good, at least in general. The individual components were really delicious. But I have a problem when everything comes together and taste not as imagined.

Did you already know one of the dressings or the salads? Would you try them? If yes, which one? :)
